Blatant disregard is a measure of your integrity and discipline.
Discipline is a measure of the frequency to which we hold ourselves accountable where integrity is the application of doing things for the most just reason.
Blatantly aware of your mannerisms and habits to enable the possibility in becoming the best you. You know you. You know who you are deep down. You know how deep you can dig and how hard you can press yourself.
By consciously deciding “to not” is blatantly accepting the easy route and an excuse to pause discipline and integrity.
Our lives are built on millions of small decisions and it’s important to note those decisions end up creating the kind of person we are. One less poor decision (or one more) does make incremental difference.
There is no reason to blatantly disregard you. Some days are more difficult than others. In regards to incremental differences, however, the more difficult hurdles separate those who fall off vs. those who avoid blatant disregard.
The world is tough. Life is tough. You are tougher. Stop disregarding the moral and just decisions in your life. Blatantly accept, One Day at a Time.
